Morningside Miami Project

In the historic Morningside neighborhood in Miami, this 4,100SF home built in 1939 received an extensive renovation and expansion of over 1,000 additional square feet.  The old awning windows were replaced with Eagle Windows & Doors by Andersen.  Beautiful aluminum cladding on the exterior with a black finish (one of over 50 standard colors Eagle offers) with primed white pine interior to be cased and painted (of 9 wood species and 11 factory finishes). Energy efficient LoE glass was also used, Truscene high visibility and Retractable screens in casements and doors in key areas.

This was a very complex project with 74 openings in old filled masonry openings
